Here at Wilburn’s Custom Bronco we take pride in what we do. We are a small family business, in the same location since 1987. The craftsmanship that we put into each of our Bronco builds is second to none. Nothing fancy about our name, just a down-to-earth shop out in the country that has built and sold Early Bronco’s from Boston to Los Angeles.

Our goal is to build you a Bronco that you want if that happens to be a trailer queen, that’s what you will get. But you can also cruise that Bronco up and down the freeway at 70mph. We use the best components that you can buy. Dynacorn & Dennis Carpenter, sheet metal that fits far better than when it was new. The frame is blasted & powder-coated & then equipped with Duff suspension components Bilstein shocks, 4 wheel Hydro-disc brakes. New Borgeson steering box, 23gal fuel tank. The power can come from a basic Jasper re-man 302 that comes with a 3-year nationwide warranty. Equipped with Hollysniper EFI & coated headers. Good for 280 horses From there you can go all the way to the new Godzilla 7.3 at a little over 500 hp. The base transmission is a C-4 3spd auto. But for serious cruising, we recommend the 4spd auto. The engine will have newer style Serpentine accessories, with all new or remanufactured accessories, heavy-duty alum radiator & Vintage air. This system will not overheat on 90-degree days.
